**Winter**

Winter is here now and the grey wind has set,
Its done more than make my body feel cold,the heart has gone numb too.
As we walk along in boots and coats,
We long for summer and her sandals,
For it is when her flowers blossom that I am happiest.
Winter just began and its already getting old,
And you my dear are like the winter cold.
But seasons change like people do,
I hope I see your summer soon.
